All artwork supplied should be based in CMYK.

For best results (and our preferred format) send files as a PDF. 

We also accept other formats such as JPEG, EPS, PNG, Word, Publisher, Powerpoint and Excel.

 If you supply files that are RGB or unspecified spot/pantone colours they will automatically be converted to CMYK, this can slightly change colours as they may appear different from what is seen on screen.

When scanning images for print, please ensure that they have a resolution of at least 300dpi

When supplying files, please allow a 3mm bleed on all sides of artwork. When positioning text, please allow 3mm from the edge of the finished document (known as a Safe Zone) to allow for cutting, please see an example below or click on the Artwork Guidline Button.

Please supply artwork to the correct size required (or in proportion i.e A5 is acceptable to enlarge to A4 or another A size) and 1 file for each job (not seperate files for each page)

Brochure artwork

Should be supplied to size and as seperate pages and in page order (not 2 across) The number of pages should be a multiple of 4. If you have a hard copy to supply please do so. 

When saving artwork as a PDF it should be flattened and text saved as curves.

When sending files to us the maximum size of a file over the internet is 25mb, if your file is larger than this please use a File Transfer service such as WeTransfer or Dropbox (click on either to go to their home page)
